For us, quality and design are as important as the experience you have when shopping at COCORA. It is essential that you please understand that we are a small, artisan workshop, where only women work and creating what comes into your hands represents a great effort.

Quality:

All garments are made by hand, with a sewing machine and embroidery done step by step, we use the best fabrics, hardware and rhinestones, but since it is something non-industrial, it is normal that some stone or finish is not perfect, this does not compromise the quality of the garment and in our concept, makes it more special.

Washed:

All our garments have a first wash, this is a guarantee of color and quality.

It is best that all garments are hand washed, so they will last for years. Special care with hand-made garments, these can never be machine washed.

Returns:

We do not accept returns. We accept size changes or if you prefer, once we receive your garment and it is in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will pay you in balance to use in the COCORA SHOP.

Environment:

We are committed to the environment and we try to use all our packaging in ecological and recycled materials, as well as recycle materials from what we have available.

Prices:

Our prices respect labor, the quality of our materials and responsible transportation.

Damage:

​

If you receive an item with a damage or in poor condition, please send us the photos and order information including number, name, email and telephone number to our email. info@cocorashop.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We will process your request in a maximum of 7 days. If accepted, the amount will be paid in the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
